The fifth annual Lundberg Institute Lecture welcomes three panelists from the Institute of Medicine of the National Academies of Science, Engineering and Medicine. Modern medical science accepts the obvious fact that no one can know absolute medical truth. It is understood that diagnoses act as shortcuts intended to quickly convey a common understanding of what certain symptoms imply about a body’s state of health.
